Thermaster Mechanical is a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor in business for over 20 years. We are primarily a light commercial / light industrial service company, mostly working on forced air comfort heating and cooling products in the range of 3 to 25 tons. Our technicians stay busy year round by performing seasonal preventative maintenance, immediate equipment repairs, proposed and scheduled repairs, service calls, equipment change-out, and some design-build projects. Early spring, when most are slow, we keep busy by servicing ventilation equipment and exhaust fans. We fill other needs of our customers by working on -Air Compresssors -Boilers -Digital Control Systems -Electronic Enclosure A/C's -Freezers & Coolers -Ice Machines -Other Related Mechanical Systems. One of the niche markets that we specialize in is direct-fired equipment. This equipment is commonly used for make-up air, air rotation or building heating through pressurization. A number of our technicians are factory trained and certified by Rapid Engineering out of Comstock Park, Michigan. We are local experts on their heating and ventilation line of products. As a company we are well organized. Seasonal proposals are sent out to our customers in a timely manner always keeping the work lined up. Job packages are put together which include work needed to be performed, map(s) of building with equipment locations, complete lists of equipment with primary specs, and preventative maintenance forms. This is all kept current by the techs being thorough in their work and making sure the information stays accurate. We believe that it is this attention to detail, along with being honest in the work that we do, that makes us a good value to our customers. This is the reason we have kept our customers year after year, many going back to the start of this business. We continuously are being given the opportunity to take on additional equipment and customers. To do this successfully takes manpower that is comprehensive, honest, works toward a quality finished product, and believes in this ideology.
