The Colony/Lewisville is located about 25 miles north of Dallas. It's known as "The City by the Lake". It's a progressive family-oriented community with a population of 35,273. The school district is one of the best in the area. The city is far enough away from Dallas to still retain a small town atmosphere yet close enough to enjoy the Dallas Mavericks, the Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Stars at their arenas. The Dallas area enjoys a relatively low cost of living and when combined with our higher than average HVAC wages, this makes for a great place to live and work.
